Nothing like a girls weekend and a little "Time Away". We all need it and I think I was due for this trip. I was so scared to leave Jaylee for the first time. I think I thought she was gonna die w out me but then I realized it was me that might die w out her.
Weird I know.. BUT......Both her and I somehow survived and I enjoyed being w my girlies for a few days.
Jalene, Slow Mo (Debra Galindo), and I left on Thursday to go and see our friend Deb in Minnesota. Deb got us a great hotel room downtown and here are a few pics of the things we did.
We went on a walk that was so Beautiful. I dont think I've ever "Enjoyed" a walk as much as this one. Thanks Deb for the tour.
A boat ride on the Mississippi River.
Went out to lunch at some cute little place on the street.
A great view and great food to.
MALL OF AMERICA BABY!!!
This is when we first got there ready to shop and SHOP WE DID...
11 HOURS LATER!!!
We got there when it opened and didn't leave until they full on shut the doors on us. We were still shoping when they pulled the door down waiting for us to leave. We had a blast.
Hell's Kitchten.. I was so excited to go here after watching a few shows w "Chef Ramsey" He makes you think this food is to die for.. UM....... Not so much.. I wouldn't recommend it but it was the company that was a hit!
AND THIS IS WHAT I CAME HOME TO...
AHHHHH my happy little girl.
I can't believe how much I missed her. She was so excited to see me to. I loved it.
Of course I missed my sweet husband to but theres something about coming home to your little girl. Food on her face and all!

I love girls trips!! Looks like you had a great time. I think it is always harder on us to leave the kids than it is on them. But those sweet smiles greeting you home just want to make you melt.
How fun!!! Gotta love the girls trips! I think Lindy has more fun when I'm gone - because that usually consists of her going to Cheryl's house! :)
Looks like you had a lot of fun and lots of good shopping! I am always scared to leave my kids, but they have done well without me when I have left!
I'm impressed that she had her hair done and with a bow!!! Good job Nolan!
Don't worry, I'm not stalking you or anything!! :) I was thinking of cutting my hair - told Jamie how cute your cut was - she mentioned she had seen it on your blog - so here I am. Your girl is an absolute doll with those big blue eyes!! BTW, found Kilynn on facebook. She has cute short hair and a little one, too. She said she talks to Danny and Max sometimes. Funny, huh!
looked like fun and great job to dad for having fed her while you were away!!lol
So fun. I can't believe you guys spent 11 HOURS shopping!! It looks like you got some good loot though. I bet Nolan had some great bonding time with Jaylee. What a good daddy she has. I'm glad you had a fabulous time.
Love you!
What a fun trip! I just love girls weekends! Nothin like it! :)
YAY for a fun trip. So good to see you and I'm glad Jaylee survived. I melted when I saw Max's face as I walked in the door too! Can't wait until next year
