WOW.. Has it really been this long!!

I KNOW I KNOW...... IVE BEEN TERRIBLE AT BLOGGING!!

I'm so behind that I didn't know where to pick up. So, I guess I'll just start over after this post that is. I had to blog about this trip w my sister.

A little get away to cali to spend time w my sister. I needed a little vacation and I don't get to see Tamlyn as much as I would like to. The past 15 years we have been the best of friends and that's alot to say after years of growing up and hating each other. Actually she hated me. I was the annoying little sister until she realized I was actually pretty cool. Ha ha..

This was right before Tamlyn had her baby and we toured all around San Francisco in our Go cars, went to Alcatraz, the Jelly Belly Factory and many other places. Thanks sister for a much needed trip.

This was the best part of the whole trip. We toured around in this little cart. 4 hours in this thing on the streets was brutle and Tamlyn was 9 months pregnant. I was a little worried we would be delivering little Jake before our tour was over. Bumpy bumpy roads, not to comfy but oh did we look good. ha ha. People would honk at us, wave and give us the thumbs up. I know it was that they thought we looked so cool...................... or was it????? What ever it was, we had a blast and a good laugh at ourselves.

I thought since her last cake didn't turn out how I wanted it I would make another one the way I wanted it. I thought it was going to be easy but dealing w fondant was SO HARD.

It's so HOT down here that we spend ALOT of time at the pool. 

Jaylee absolutely LOVES the water and can't get enough of it.

It was pretty good that they got everyone to at least put them around their wrists except the kids were better sports.

Aunt Tamlyn flew in for the BIG REUNION. 

She is 6 mo pregnant and looks great. 

We also had her baby shower this same day.

This NEVER HAPPENS that we are all together at the same time. It was great to be w everyone and I know my mom LOVED having all of us home for once.

FAMILY TIME IN S.L.C and Park City. 

We took a trip up North for a wedding and decided to make a weeks vacation out of it. 

Visiting family, Out w Girlfriends, Swimming at Cottonwood Heights and then up to Mt. Side Marriot in Park City  to stay for 3 days. 

We had a blast and enjoyed seeing everyone. 

Soaking wet but didnt care, she was having to much fun.

Nolan is such an amazing Dad. 

He LOVES his little girl and I have definitley become his 2nd favorite girl. 

Jenny and Brock and her cute kids came up and spent the day w us. 

Brock had just run the Marathon, could barley walk but was still a good sport and tried to have a good time.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAYLEE!

We had Jaylee's first birthday on Saturday and the Wind decided to take over. I have been planning this party for about 2 mo now and had so many cute decorations, ideas of what I wanted it to look like and had the cake picked out to be made and all.. 

What could be worse than wind???? Nothing.

 It ruined all that I had planned. 

Couldn't set up decorations...........

Pizza, table cloths, paper lanterns, bowls, plates and more all blew away.........

CAKE TIPPED OVER............... thats when I lost it. 

Yep, Mom in tears and Jaylee still just loving life. I think the party was more for me than her but I think all us moms do that. (At least I hope I'm not the only one)

Kinda funny now, but oh was I mad. Jaylee enjoyed her birthday and I can't thank everyone in our family enough for coming and supporting Jaylee. Even though I thought it was ruined, we still had a blast.

After all the partying was over we spent time w Nolans family and went swimming. It was a perfect day for Father's Day and we had so much fun.

Jaylee has an obsession w putting her fingers in my mouth. For some reason she loves it. 

And after all that, she was tuckered right out. Slept for 3 hours. 

I am so blessed to have such a sweet little girl. I can't believe how fast she has grown up. I LOVE being her mom and hope I can only be the best mom to her and raise her the right way.
